Design, certification & manufacture of pontoon to replace an ineffective pontoon with poor balance and weight distribution that was becoming a hazard. G3 designed a rigid and stable platform for ongoing serviceability and safe personnel access for pump maintenance.

G3 are experienced with the replacement of liner plates for various applications including coal bins, chutes, tray bodies & blades. We also worked closely with New Hope at Jeebropilly Mine to develop the Temporary Bin Access System to aid in the process of replacing coal bin liner plates.

Custom bracket designed for rapid removal of the fan and access to the top side of the dyna vane for inspection and cleaning. A G3 innovation previously not seen in the market, which improves cleaning ability of the dyna van from approximately 75% to 95%.

Support frame for DT high load body using 3D scanning, 3D drafting, integrated stress analysis and certification. Using 3D scanning and drafting, we are able to design effective mechanical support frames and provide clear simulated drawings for site approval.

Designed and manufactured ute trays for underground mining and other vehicles. We are able to 3D scan any vehicle for accurate design of tray bodies or other vehicle componentry.

G3 can manufacture pipe spools as required. We have multiple tube welders and in-house rotators and can manufacture with custom machined flanges in stainless, carbon or alloy. We also have fitters available for site installation.

In 2016 G3 completed a new oil refinery build including erection of prefabricated structural steel, fitout piping and machinery and cladding.

The QDS Welding Pod is a purpose built LHD attachment used for moving small tools and welding equipment in an underground mining operation. Pod can be fitted out complete with machines and equipment as required. G3 can design, certify or refurbish any of your QDS attachment requirements.
